4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India using trusted third-party logistics partners.

4.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

4.3 Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

4.4 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions.

4.5 Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

4.6 Delays & Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by:

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

6.1 No Return Policy (Consumable Goods)

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, including A2 Ghee:

  • Returns are not accepted once delivered
  • By placing an order, you agree to this condition

6.2 Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund

We only offer replacement or refund if:

  • Product is damaged, leaked, or defective
  • Incorrect product is delivered

6.3 Claim Process

To raise a request:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim rejection.

6.4 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

  • Our A2 Ghee is prepared using the traditional Bilona method
  • Milk is sourced from desi Gir cows
  • Products are 100% natural, free from preservatives and additives
